Folant: “Lord Gorlois and his wife are on their way back to Cornwall, Your Majesty.”
Uther: “Without asking my permission? How dare they ignore my wishes! Saddle my horse! Mobilise some men! I will pursue them now!”
Folant: “Your Majesty has been High King for less than a year. If I may speak frankly: it would not be prudent to abandon your guests – your allies – to hunt down Lord Gorlois.”
Uther: “… You are right. I spoke too rashly. But I will see Gorlois punished for his insolence. And I will have that woman.”
